Charities
The Kings Langley Beer & Fizz Festival is all about bringing the community together and raising money for some important local causes. The event is managed by volunteers so that all proceeds are donated to charities. In 2025 we raised an incredible £20,000, we'll be announcing how much we raised in 2026 shortly!
The three other charities that we will be raising money for in 2026 are:
The Rose Project
A campaign by the West Herts Hospital Charity, The Rose Project is an end-of-life care initiative where specially trained volunteers provide companionship, emotional support and a comforting presence for patients in their final hours, particularly those with few or no visitors.
The Hospice of St Francis
The charity helps 2,000 local people and their families across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire to live their precious lives well. This includes care at the Hospice or at home, courses, workshops, clinics, therapies as well as support for family members. Find out more on their website.
Pancreatic Cancer UK
This national charity works to transform the future for pancreatic cancer by funding research breakthroughs, campaigning for changes to treatment and care and supporting people when they need it most. Find out more on their website.
