​An evolution of, in our humble opinion, one of the best session sours we’ve ever made. This tart and refreshing Cloudy Lemonade is bursting with citrus flavours from fresh lemon juice and zest. Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops pair perfectly with the zingy character of our mixed fermentation base beer, creating a light and crushable, vegan friendly sour rounded off with lingering sweetness.
Reminiscent of an ice cold refreshment on a warm summer’s day, Cloudy Lemonade is enjoyable when the sun is out, and even when it’s not​

​SO is a new project highlighting specific hop varieties. Our latest release in the series is a celebration of Citra, showcased here in six forms: T90, BBC, Cryo, Lupomax, Dynaboost and Spectrum. Dank, pungent and intensely citrusy with flavours of pot, OJ, tangerine and Buck’s Fizz.

The perfect supping beer. Our first brew and still a favourite tipple. Tempting hop aroma with fruit notes. Good malt feel in the mouth dry, tangy fruit finish. Delicious, easy drinking slightly tart pale bitter. Razorback is brewed to the same recipe as the famous Ringwood Best Bitter, which has been revered for its quality since 1978.
With an ideal balance of hoppy happiness and citrus fruit, our classic Razorback is plenty refreshing to hit the spot. An easy drinking thirst quenching bitter that’s perfect for all occasions.​

​Our use of Citra, in both pellet and cryo form, alongside rising star Nectaron conjures up ripe, juicy, nectarines, orange sorbet and crystallised mango. This explosion of fruit is tempered with the addition of Nelson Sauvin SubZero Hop Kief and the herbaceous, vinous quality it imparts. Sweet, but never cloying. Refreshing, yet complex. Bold, and still so moreish. A juicy banger in flavour equilibrium.

Abrahalls Dry Cider

Skilfully crafted cider is a well rounded, easy to drink, still dry cider. Made on our Herefordshire farm from 100% cider apples. An intense heady aroma of crushed apples on the nose, natural golden colour, dry but smooth on the palate leaving a clean aftertaste. Made from a blend of bitter sweet and sharp cider apples.
Two Trees Perry
