Subtle aromas of melon and strawberry, balanced with mellow biscuity and sweet malts. You'll be forgiven for thinking that this is a session strength Pale. Easy Going does exactly what it says on the tin. All the flavour. Lighter on Alcohol. ​

A New Zealand Pale Ale is bursting with Rakau, Nelson Sauvin, Moutere, Kohatu and Nectaron hops, created a vibrant burst of tropical passionfruit, gooseberry, and ripe peach with a crisp, zesty finish.

Citrus and spice combine harmoniously in this pale beer, which has been brewed with rye malt. Pale rye provides a sweet and rounded palate, Amarillo (US) hops bring marmalade and pine.

HERTFORDSHIRE’S NEW LAGER. Brewed with noble hops from the Czech Republic and Germany, Alchemist is our signature premium lager.​ Lightly-kilned malts are blended with Hersbrucker and Saaz for a lifting floral aroma, finished with authentic lager yeast for notes of gentle spice and sweet grain.

Refreshingly crisp on the palate and effervescent in complexion, Alchemist lager is liquid gold!

This dark ruby premium ale is all about the malt, and we’ve packed a lot into this brew. It’s nutty, it’s malty and full of body. An old school strong English bitter.

Each ingredient brings its own characterful flavours, but none are too overpowering; everything works in harmony together. Our brew team have been hard at work researching the style, and have created something wonderfully drinkable, that keeps you coming back for more.

The slightly heftier but no less drinkable sibling to our Special Mild, the 'Extra' adds further depth with notes of chocolate, toffee and plum, whilst its chewy, date-like sweetness is offset by a gentle and clean, hoppy finish

And now for something completely different - Cloud Drifter. A soft, velvety, and hazy IPA in Cask. This IPA packs a punch with bold juicy stone fruit hop flavours balancing the complex choice of malts.
Put aside your keg obsessions. This special brew epitomises how far Cask beer can be pushed.

An easy-drinking Lager brewed with Simpson’s finest lager malt and Goldings from Hukins Hops in Kent.
Grassy, floral and spicy aromas from the hops and a slightly sweet, bready character from the malt.

​Taking the high line, welcome to a pure IPA stacked with U.S hop power.
Amarillo takes the lead with heavy citrus, floral and tropical tones. BBF hop staple Idaho 7 amplifies the tropical energy with an added apricot boost.

Here's our 2023 Festbier! An elevated Helles lagerbier. Bestmaltz Munich malt brings added bread crust, slightly more hops than usual by way of the Spalter Select variety and to cap it off a nudge upwards of the abv to 5.5%. Truly a special lager to celebrate our migration into autumn.

Fruit Sour, 4.2%

​An evolution of, in our humble opinion, one of the best session sours we’ve ever made. This tart and refreshing Cloudy Lemonade is bursting with citrus flavours from fresh lemon juice and zest. Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops pair perfectly with the zingy character of our mixed fermentation base beer, creating a light and crushable, vegan friendly sour rounded off with lingering sweetness.

Reminiscent of an ice cold refreshment on a warm summer’s day, Cloudy Lemonade is enjoyable when the sun is out, and even when it’s not​

Brewery: Never End

Hazy Pale Ale, 4.8%

Our aim with Never End was to create a pale ale with vibrant hop character but a beer that is eminently pintable. Using a new yeast strain that provides a pillowy body and a platform for the hops to shine, we’ve loaded it up with Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe and Idaho 7.

Light-bodied but not thin, with more prominent kettle-hopping and then dry-hopping to add some brightness and contrast to the roasty, biscuity, and savoury character of the dark malts.

Dr. Ron is in the house!!! We are honoured to have the creator of all our favourite NZ hop varieties collaborate with us on a banging IPA featuring some stonking hops from NZ Hops. Expect huge and pungent flavours ranging from white wine and limes through to dank pineapples and odd yet comforting hedgerow herbs. Cheers Ron!

​A juicy, hazy DDH IPA bursting with tropical fruit, citrus, and pine notes. Brewed with Strata, Motueka, Motueka Hop Kief and Rakau hops in collaboration with Celestial Beerworks from Dallas, TX.

​SO is a new project highlighting specific hop varieties. Our latest release in the series is a celebration of Citra, showcased here in six forms: T90, BBC, Cryo, Lupomax, Dynaboost and Spectrum. Dank, pungent and intensely citrusy with flavours of pot, OJ, tangerine and Buck’s Fizz.

The perfect supping beer. Our first brew and still a favourite tipple. Tempting hop aroma with fruit notes. Good malt feel in the mouth dry, tangy fruit finish. Delicious, easy drinking slightly tart pale bitter. Razorback is brewed to the same recipe as the famous Ringwood Best Bitter, which has been revered for its quality since 1978.

With an ideal balance of hoppy happiness and citrus fruit, our classic Razorback is plenty refreshing to hit the spot. An easy drinking thirst quenching bitter that’s perfect for all occasions.​

DIPA, 8.0% 

​Our use of Citra, in both pellet and cryo form, alongside rising star Nectaron conjures up ripe, juicy, nectarines, orange sorbet and crystallised mango. This explosion of fruit is tempered with the addition of Nelson Sauvin SubZero Hop Kief and the herbaceous, vinous quality it imparts. Sweet, but never cloying. Refreshing, yet complex. Bold, and still so moreish. A juicy banger in flavour equilibrium.

Skilfully crafted cider is a well rounded, easy to drink, still dry cider. Made on our Herefordshire farm from 100% cider apples. An intense heady aroma of crushed apples on the nose, natural golden colour, dry but smooth on the palate leaving a clean aftertaste. Made from a blend of bitter sweet and sharp cider apples.
